There are currently no paid vacancies at Waddecar. Keep an eye on our social media to see if new roles are posted!
This is open to Network, Explorers and others who love the outdoors, want to meet new people,
learn new skills and have a week to spare over the summer.
We have a long history of Summer Volunteer Teams who stay at Waddecar for a week or two, who
support the site and work towards Scouting awards and D of E Awards. There are opportunities
throughout July and August, you can come on your own, with a friend or as a group. You will have
projects to work on, as well as the usual campsite jobs. We’ll make sure that you are looked after,
but you’ll have freedom and responsibility of your own.
We are always looking for additional volunteers on our service teams, service crew, activity staff and voluntary wardens. You can read more about those here. Below we have specific named role vacancies we have.
